Welcome to Rob Millz 1M Treasure Hunt (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to comply with these Terms. If you are under 13, you must not use the App.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the App.
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Rob Millz 1M Treasure Hunt, a Rob Millz 1M Treasure Hunt employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Rob Millz 1M Treasure Hunt, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Location Data
The App collects and uses your location data to provide location-based services. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases. If you choose to make an in-app purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Rob Millz 1M Treasure Hunt, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or (vi) any other matter relating to the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
